Every couple of years I have seizures then my Dr wants to try something new or ups the dosage. The meds I'm on now are making me dizzy and off balance
I love listening to music and i have a few songs i listen to when it's a bad day. I'm looking for some newer ones if anyone has one.

It's happened quite a few times at bedtime most recently last night, i feel heavy and disconnected but also like my body is moving around, my eyes quickly moving around...

Ive had epilepsy since i was born on my 18th birthday my brother stressed me out so much the doctor said i "unlocked" my stress seziures. They are nonelectrical so they couldn't pick anything up on sleep study.

I submitted a reasonable accommodation request on 10/18/22 asking that my job give me 12 hours off of work, specifically during the hours of 7pm to 7am, due to the fact that I must wake up at 6am to get my children ready for school. Also to see to it that I may get enough sleep, because the recommended amount of sleep for someone with my disability is 8-10 hours of continuous sleep per night. I’ve had epilepsy since the age of 2. I’m now close to 50 yrs. Of age
I was told I have Grand Mal and other Seizure Disorders one of them called Pseudoseizures . Anyone else ever hear of this? I'm told it's hard to diagnose and often gone undiagnosed or is missed. My family and I was just grasping the Grand Mal Seizures now there's more to try and sort thru?
I agree especially with MarKC - thanks for reminding me of ' non epileptic seizures' I've also heard of them being called ' pseudoseizures' too
Not being believed is worse than a seizure. I hope your days are sunny and peaceful.
