How come every time I start a new job within the first 1 to 3 days I start having multiple focal seizures and it affects my work but when I am home not working it will be fine my focal seizures will be gone

Every couple of years I have seizures then my Dr wants to try something new or ups the dosage. The meds I'm on now are making me dizzy and off balance

I am interested in anyone possibly knowing what type of seizure would cause what I guess is an aura. I feel really weird before it happens. My body starts tingling. I start feeling disoriented. I have had so many tests with no real answers. The docs just want to keep testing on me. Now they are talking about doing test with Phase 2 electrodes so they can find the source and dig that part out. I am having alot of stress about that. I am not confident with them. They are Stanford docs so they at the top of their field, I guess. Not sure I want to have my brain touched electrodes and really not sure about digging out parts. I have been on 5 different AEDs. What can stop an autonomic seizure? I feel like that is what is going on, my Neurologist says there is no test to know if it is. My general practitioner says it is from panic attacks. I take Promethazine to help calm the nausea and gurgling stomach. Anyone else get an upset stomach and diarrhea from panic attacks or go through Autonomic seizures? I also get the chills, crying, heart palpitations, and it takes a day to recover. I feel like my stomach got punched really hard.
