I’ve been trying to lose weight for 2 years now probably 3-4 honestly but losing pounds is definitely a challenge and building motivation is hard so usually I just listen to Motivational Music or something that describes a fight in a song. What do y’all do for more motivation? When you want to change.

I submitted a reasonable accommodation request on 10/18/22 asking that my job give me 12 hours off of work, specifically during the hours of 7pm to 7am, due to the fact that I must wake up at 6am to get my children ready for school. Also to see to it that I may get enough sleep, because the recommended amount of sleep for someone with my disability is 8-10 hours of continuous sleep per night. My son is 28 with uncontrolled seizures since 8 months old,brain damage and operates on about a 10 yr old level. But he knows that men and women have sex,kind of knows what sex is and wants a girlfriend, so he can feel sex(his words). "Reduction in life expectancy can be up to 2 years for people with a diagnosis of idiopathic/cryptogenic epilepsy, and the reduction can be up to 10 years in people with symptomatic epilepsy. Reductions in life expectancy are highest at the time of diagnosis and diminish with time. Our model provides broad estimates, but it appears that the higher mortality rates in people with newly diagnosed epilepsy translate into decreased life expectancy."
You can’t really say when you go to heaven. That’s God’s choice so I don’t believe that stuff about life expectancy with seizures
