I have heard in the past from several friends who have tried many others including surgery, implants or non-medication alternative methods. However, I think it would help if those of you who have to share your experience with those are now at the point where they have been told that medication will never allow them to reach a long-term seizure free state.

I have held 4 jobs in my life running heavy equipment , welding , a prison guard and my last one when epilipsey hit I was a Rig Manger for Nabors. I submitted a reasonable accommodation request on 10/18/22 asking that my job give me 12 hours off of work, specifically during the hours of 7pm to 7am, due to the fact that I must wake up at 6am to get my children ready for school.
