Hello! I could not find any answers to this topic. Do you all find that you generally need more sleep than others? I know everyone is different, but I find that I usually need 8+hours of sleep daily. I am very diligent about getting enough sleep as that is one of my main triggers. On the weekends, I can easily sleep for 9+ hours. Is anyone else like this?

As a child, I took Phenobarbital at night, and Tridione in the daytime. Anyone else heard of this? My new Dr.'s give me funny looks, but I know what I was taking. I was 17 when I stopped taking it.
I take 145 mg of phenobarbital.

I take 1 200 in morning 2 at night and mind are brand name and never had problem but came sz free goning on 25 yrs as also take Tegretol 400mg 1 in morning 1 at night same time brand name
What do you do to remember to take meds when you take more than once a day!

Since having epilepsy I've only seen a few people have a sezure on TV i watch some body yesterday on TV have a sezure I thought it was upsetting to the point I cry I wouldn't like to see myself shocking what we go through and our body's bless everyone ❣️ and stay positive strong and never ashamed let s all hope for a better 2023

My son has been seizure free for 4 years!! However, the depression and anxiety are our biggest stumbling block. He cannot work. We see a pysc dr and are currently taking Efexor and Wellbutrion. Any suggestions to help would be appreciated!
