My first EEG came back abnormal. I get seizures daily and now I am taking the 3 day EEG at home. I want to make sure I don't do anything that would give wrong results. Can medication, drinking coffee or moving head cause it to be abnormal? Can the EEG not show my seizure? I want to make sure that this test will show what is happening. Every couple of years I have seizures then my Dr wants to try something new or ups the dosage. The meds I'm on now are making me dizzy and off balance

Will it set off with excessive motion.

Ive been sacked i have epilepsy was diagnosed over 5 years ago my mental health impacts this I had a stage 4 meeting I wasn’t aware of the time till i came into work today meeting was at half 9 I even cancelled a 4 week sick note to come back in as I had a seizure last weekend what can I do I’ve been in the job 9 years 😩any advise please

When you are asked to take medication in the Morning and Night when Label on the box, would you follow it to 12 Hours between taking it, or what would you think of Various time in the Morning and A Various time at Night? If you didn't have a set 12 Hour Period would you think people would have more Seizures, Because I use to work early at 6am up to Last February, but would take my Medication at 9pm for Night , so this would be over a 12 Hour Period.

I was told I have Grand Mal and other Seizure Disorders one of them called Pseudoseizures . Anyone else ever hear of this? I'm told it's hard to diagnose and often gone undiagnosed or is missed. My family and I was just grasping the Grand Mal Seizures now there's more to try and sort thru?

Has anyone had side effects with certain foods, with your medications. Cause ever since I started taken lamitical I cant eat any of the spanish beans I used eat. Which is weird. It used to be fine when I ate spanish beans with rice but ever since I started taken lamitical for my seizures is that a side effect or no?
