I usually have 2-3 grand mal seizures each year. I've had 8 now, in just the first 5 months of my pregnancy. Given my experience over the last 21 years of my life since I was diagnosed, I think I'll have a seizure during labour (fatigue & stress). Its a huge concern of mine and I think a planned C-section is a better option.

I know you’re meant to take meds at the same time every day.
I take my morning medication at ~10.30am, but I work casual in retail - sometimes I’ll have morning shifts and be in the store in front of customers then.
I usually take my meds before the shift (today, that was ~8am). Is it better taking them then, 2.5hrs early, or afterwards, ~1hr late.
PS. There’s not always a chance for me to duck out to my locker and take them on time, and there’s no chance I’ll take them in front of customers.
Do you get a lunch or dinner break at work ?
If you do ,take it with your meal on your break.
My meds has to be taken when I eat.
