I have always just adjusted my meds to the time. If you are worried about it you could adjust the meds by 10 minutes every day until you have gotten to the time change.

It your uses Daylight Saving time it shouldn’t hurt and hour later or and hour earlier.

That’s what I had always done . When the time changes come I stay at the same time.

But when the season time change comes and your kid is taking meds at 6pm
( Example ) during the Spring into part of Fall then at the next season change you child would take the meds at 5pm Fall into part of Spring.

I always take it at 6:30 am & p.m. I go by the clock only.
