How Often Do You Have A Seizure??

For me it depends. Stress causes them for me, so if I'm stressed on a regular basis, it has been as much as one every one to three months. I'm a few years without at this point though.

I use to have 25-30 seizures a month . After having my DBS implanted in 2022, they have reduced to 15 to less seizures a month.

I have a hard time staying hydrated. I was in construction and I would skip lunch most of the time and don't care for the taste of water. I was terrible!
A cigarette for am break, maybe 2 for lunch, and a cigarette hanging out of my mouth around p.m break.

I don't know anymore, it used to be about 1 or 2 in a 3 month period . Nocturnal so I don't know if I have smaller ones. I question some alot of the time but have no proof.
