First, check and see if you are taking any medications that will give you those side effects. If you are taking any supplements, are they giving you symptoms?

This question I actually like first I pray I try(try) being the big word here to figure out what I'm really feeling if it is valid. Or real or false. Or if it has merit. Then I try (theres that word again) to find ways to lessen the tension if it emotional I go ahead and cry. Yes I'm a tough guy. If it is anxiety I take a break if it is depression I analyze if I have reason to be depressed. Then I know this is a hard one. I give it to my Lord tell him I can't handle it. So take it, it is tearing me apart.please God take this. And I usually fall apart and rest and call someone or get on here, ECT.
