Sleep and food and don't the fact you had seizure it is part of life. Do what can to avoid it stress and for loves take your Meds. eric Thom

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member and @A MyEpilepsyTeam Member , in my opinion, NORMAL is almost like saying, we’re PERFECT . Nobody is normal. We all have a flaw . Someone maybe healthy and in good shape . Doesn’t mean that they are smart. Someone could be wealthy , but doesn’t know how to be polite. Another person can have a high I.Q. , but doesn’t know what friendship is. There are many other examples, but those are good enough.

I would say sleep and food as well. But I would also say that I'm not sure what "normal" is anymore...

Truthfully I can't remember but what I usually do at times is rest and drink lots of water filtered water that is not faucet water and see if that helps I lose a lot of my memory after each seizure that I have so there's things that I remember and there's things that I don't when it comes to I recouping and getting back to myself again sometimes it even takes me a week just from one seizure and remember I have seven so it varies I hope this helps God bless you my prayers are with you and Happy Thanksgiving to you all
