Yes, I too have heard that turmeric can have a neutralizing effect on brain activity, especially when used in conjunction with epilepsy treatments. I would look into it myself if I knew how to cook. 😉

I just starting cooking again with turmeric and I have noticed I have less headaches as before....glad you asked.

I think maybe cumin comes from turmeric, or they are one and the same?

I always get the organic ground turmeric it is all natural. just had to get more.
