I'm almost 65 and do not want to become a frail older adult. I've lost muscle, cortisol and fat all over my body. I lead an active life that includes cycling, swimming and kayaking. I've been trying some weight training and am eating more than usual, including protein.

A short introduction, if I may: After being diagnosed with epilepsy, I was persistent to find out what I myself can do to help with my wellbeing. My journey has led me to becoming an adviser, and more. Nutrition has a great deal to do with living with and even beating epilepsy. Not only what we eat, but when we eat, what we do and even our sleeping nature.
My first reaction / questions to what you have said; How has your general wellbeing changed and how it has effected your daily activities after starting with Vimpat. And secondly, other changes, if any: Tone of your skin, urine color, ... . ... And the list may go on
