@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member . Thank you . You just helped me give another example on how we are all different when it come to Epilepsy and seizures. There are so many ways that can cause a person to have epilepsy and what type of seizure the person has.
When I mentioned about seizuring at the concert , I was explaining one of my triggers. Basically when I get over excited during any event, like a concert, sport events, convention center, and even Holidays triggers me to seizure.

There are just so many ways, that get us diagnosed with epilepsy. That would be a very long list.

Tonic Clonics ( AKA Grand Mals ) first of all, means that you have damage on both left and right brain spheres.

The big question is what caused you to become Diagnosed with Epilepsy and the type of seizures your experiencing.there are many ways of becoming diagnosed.

We can get it………
through Genetics
The pregnant mom may of been sick ( cold / Flu / high fever and ect ) and bounced the baby around in her

Some form of head injury, like car accidents, sports, falling just right on the head and ect.

Strokes
Brain tumors
Breaking from a high fever or a sever type of sickness, like Pneumonia and others ones.
And many other of being diagnosed with Epilepsy.

Generic example of a seizure is like over loading the Fuse box of our home, except it’s our brain.
1 too much stress
2. Anxiety
3. Sensitivity to light ( photosensitive )
4. Certain noise / sound frequencies
And other things . These can overwork our brain and cause us to seizures.

I don’t know how much of this helped with your question.
