It could be the light that tv gives off.
I go to the movies and dramatic color seen can give me a seizure.
You might try just black and white tv from the old days.
How about watching a black and white movie.
Edward G Robinson had some great movies (Key Largo) was a great one of his.
Humphrey Bogart was another great film actors (Casablanca) was one of my favorites.
Try watching one of those movies and let me know if it worked for you.
Have a blessed day

If you read any studies on getting a good night's sleep, it will tell you to stop watching TV several minutes before going to sleep. The best way to do that is to take it out of your bedroom. Lack of sleep is one of the main causes of seizures.

Make your room brighter so when the t.v. picture changes, it won't disturb you.
