I can be working on something all day. It will seem like it all went smoothly. Then someone will tell me I had a seizure in the middle of the day. I wouldn’t have known I had one if they hadn’t told me. That’s how all of my seizures are.

When I have my aura seizures I know I've had one,but with my "zone out" I don't remember having one.I do feel very tired after having the zone out ones.I don't have slot of those.most of mine are the aura ones

Back in the early 1980s, I used to get auras before my seizures. Now, since I do not, unless someone sees it and tells me about it, I don't even know it happened.

Just make sure when you get details of someone else, you are still putting it into your seizures diary.

Yes, that’s very common to not remember. My seizures tend to be at night in my sleep. Unless my husband tells me the next morning I only Know, because I wake up exhausted, with a bad headache and usually I have bitten my tongue or The inside of my cheek.
