Any Idea About CBT - Cognitive Behavior Therapy? Any Resources? How Do You Deal With Stress And Anxiety When Spiralling In Patterns?
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

Im looking for a CBT-Cognitive Behavior Therapist. How different is it from normal therapy. Im feeling low., anxiety, stress, fear. Does anyone find it difficult to transition from the age of 20s to 30s? How do you deal with it?

Any leads for CBT?

Maybe ask your primary care physician or your neurologist.

As far as entering your 30’s, I personally did not find it difficult. My 30’s we’re just as fun as my 20’s. Remain active and enjoy everything.
