i have a question... i have 2 my epilepsy team accounts for a while now. anyway... when this site changes there look, thay have a 'timer feature' mode now where thay pick the site within a second or two. i get frustrated because i am slow to react and miss the mark. and when i do press the button, and then close the site, it resets. i have to get it all over agian. i just want me to discide. so my question is more of a cry for help. how can i turn off the 'timer feature'?

I've been using my phone calendar to remind me to do stuff. I've been using it for over a year now & it's worked great, but recently there have been glitches in my phone & my reminders keep being removed. Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately I am very gullible, and so have been hacked.
Is vitamin D good for us.
My neuro recently advised me to start taking a Vitamin D supplement due to the amount of medication I am on so it must do some good.
