Has Anyone (Is Anyone) Having More Problems With Physical Activity And Increased Seizures?

I am 50 and have had seizures since I was 6 months old. The seizures followed an adult dose of asthma meds. I have had varying intensity and numbers all my life. I have not responded to medical treatment well. I take a regimen of 4 anti-epileptic meds 2x daily. I have not gone 1 month without a seizure. I usually have 2+ per month.

I have seizures like you, meditating helps alot. I know this seems weird but for me it helps. Clear your head, breath in 4 times, hold in 7, then release out for 8. I'm sorry your depressed as am I at times hun. Be thankful your here.
