Hello! Those of you that are on a low carb diet, has it been successful? I am working with a dietitian who works with epilepsy patients. She has decided to try the Low Glycemic Index treatment, hoping that I will see some improvement. This looks like it will be a minor adjustment for me, looks like it is similar to a diet for dietetics. Wondering if anyone has noticed improvement on an adjusted diet?
