I cut back on meds because I couldn't even function I was so exhausted and depressed and used to being very active. Now I'm supposed to go on Lamictal and dread more side effects. The neurology team I'm on will be discussing me this week and because nothing has worked so far on my seizures, they're leaning more on surgery but I'm not. The only thing is I found out in the hospital that I'm having them at night which I had no idea about and scares me as I have no idea how I'll know if I'm ever… read more

I have absence seizures and I am on 250mg Lamotrogine twice daily and have now added Frisium/Clobazam. Lamotrogine in pregnancy seems safe but Frisium/Clobazam not so much. Interested to hear from anyone who has been pregnant on Frisium/Clobazam and their experience.
Yes. I have epilepsy and I am pregnant with my third. My 2 oldest are very healthy.
I have been on Lamictal (800mg) since diagnosed 20 years ago which controlled seizures well until 3 years ago (have several Gran Mal per year). Dr added Keppra (3,000 mg) but hasn't seemed to be effective and causes rage issues. She is now suggesting Clobazam or Zonisamide. Anyone with a combo of either with Lamictal?
I take xcopri, lamotrigine, clobazam, clonazapam, and zonisamide. They recently changed some dosages, and yesterday i woke up with a rash all up my arm. Its happened before but a small one on my leg. I’m 92% sure its from my medication so any comments would be appreciated🙏🏼💜
You should consult your Dr promptly concerning any rashes with medication.
