I do that some times and before I was put on medication. I didn’t want to tell my doctors either for a multitude of reasons but now I don’t care what they think. I have been through too much and they can look at me weird and right notes about being unclear of what it is. It is up to you to say or not to say. These doctors -most-have such limited knowledge and understanding of what we go through. Unless you experience epilepsy you don’t get it, period. Doctor or no doctor.

Yes, I think it may be some kind of aura. It's so terrifying. Is there anything that could help I wonder? I'm almost as afraid of the meds as I am the seziures.
