My new neurologist believes the headaches I get are centered at my occipital nerves. Due to where most my headaches start and the fact I literally can not put any pressure on it without causing a headache
She brought up doing an occipital nerve block procedure to see if that helps. Also, to officially diagnose that it is those nerves

Yes! I get nerve block injections for my migraines. It’s a life saver! Hurts like hell when my Dr does the injections, but so worth it. I get injections about every 6 months. I take Vitamin B as well. I highly recommend trying the injections!
@KathleenAndrew i just started taking a few supplements that are supposed to help control my headaches. B2 being one of them.
@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member the back of my head is the same. Whenever I put anything on my neck or rest my head down, it instantly starts hurting.

Are the migraines due to you having epilepsy or something else? How long have you been having them?
I have the same thing. I got a shot at the base of my skull. It lasted 1.5 days. I suffer migraine symptoms usually twice a week. I live in sunglasses 90% of the time. The back of my head hurts to rest it anywhere any time.
