Finding A Specialist
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

Daughter is not happy with her Neurologist in the small town of Greenwood, SC. She is expanding her search to larger cities in the southeast but unable to find a practice without at least a 6 month wait or they don't accept new patients. Does anyone have any advice on how to speed up the process to see a good seizure specialist?

Thanks. She just managed to get an appointment at Duke Medical in Raleigh in May. Hopefully they will be a good resource for her. And if I accompany her we may swing by Pinehurst for golf (she was a college golfer)
