My siezure RX depletes my body of Magnesium Oxide. I was having severe cramping muscles. I also am B12 deficient. Other blood levels good. Hope Mum is feeling better! GOD BLESS!

I don't take any of those supplements. However, in 2003, after the pharmacist's error that took away Tegretol (and in its place gave me a high blood pressure medicine), I was down to a severe potassium low by the time that I was sent to the ER -- after I mumbled to a hospital (Massachusetts General Hospital) clinic MD about medications, and thus I went sent over to the lowest level ER to get a blood test for the amount of my medications in my blood. By the time that I was checked in (3 people interviewed me) at the ER, I was no longer able to speak because me potassium level was so low.

However, that was just as a result of that. I don't naturally have a potassium deficiency.

My mom has Magnesium Deficiency, thus she was left in a mess that took her all of 2021 when the doctors took her off of her magnesium supplement when she went into the hospital on several times during the mess for that started with her needing to be taken in an ambulance from the house on January 13, 2021. It took her months to recover after each time in the hospital because she a diagnosed magnesium deficiency. And thus it was a long recovery process after she got home after the times in the hospital when they stopped giving her magnesium pills.
