I'm reluctant now to work out, I was trying to have strong body, & strong spirit inspite of my mind. I was walking , exercising & lifting weights But, I also had a full on seizure after first having a an absence seizure. I could feel it coming but, I use the term slipping. If anyone is with me I can say I'm slipping and then I'm usually gone. And full clonic tonic. Thank you for sharing

For me when I feel the way you are both describing I have been told by my doctor they are called "Aura's". I have had gran-mal seizures follow right after having Aura's. Auras are tricky because they can immediately go into grand-mal seizures and sometimes they don't. Take aura's seriously and get yourself to a safe place where you can't be injured. For example, I lay down on the couch or the floor away from anything that could injure me. 😱😑

Yes I do!! A month or so ago I mentioned this in my post. If I lack sleep I know I could easily have one. If I stay focused and alert I can control them. So glad you asked this.

In the past, if I felt that I was going to have a seizure,I would lock my attention on an object that is not moving.I couldn’t feel when the symptoms of a seizure had gone away.
