I currently take lamictal but have been having breakthrough seizures lately. My doctor has me on a very high dosage so I doubt she will raise it but I’m guessing she will add another drug and I’ve been looking at Topamax. What experiences have you had with this drug?
I take 400 lamictal in the morning and 300 at night. I also take 50mg topiramate twice a day. So far this has worked out the best for me. No really bad side effects other than tiredness for me.

I’m taking both those drugs Topamax 200mg in AM and 200mg PM
The Lamictil is 300mg in the AM and the same at night.
