the total life change has 4 ingredients... chamomile, papaya, soluble fiber, and senna. chamomile prevents hormonals women issue, immune systems issues, and slow or stop osteoporosis (means loss of bones), and more. papaya fruit prevents heart problems, diabetes, aiding in digestion, and wound healing. soluble fiber lowers cholesterol... blood sugar... and heart disease and increases healthy gut bacteria. and the senna treats constipation and in the main ingredient for the colonoscopy pre drink test.
anyway... i take 3-4 items (i do not take the senna) separately.
