My sister who has autism/aspergers has psychogenic seizures as do I she says her weighted blanket works for her but she said many brands didn't work for her she ended up with the brand Gravity 25lb before she found one that helped. I will share an experience on my post regarding another therapy besides weighted blanket.

Weighted blankets for me was successful I've tried 8lb to very heavy. For me I made a silicone sleeve fill it with warm water and hold it. Simulates holding someone warm arm as a comfort. Of course it depends on my level if it will help me or not.
