I have read this information on a number of medical websites. We have an unfortunate amount of melanoma in the family. We don't tan, we burn and turn a lovely shade of amber. To us here in Australia or even Sydney where I live, a child/person may have ginger & as he or as he or she grows older the hair becomes more ginger. My daughter was born with a touch of white/blonde hair & we loved to travel overseas but the people overseas especially the Vietnamese's & Islanders liked to touch her hair. But I had to fold my blind cane up & say ‘no don’t touch’! My daughter hated that that country … it definitely was an exoerience!!

My vitamin D is low & I take a tablet & sit in the sun for 10 minutes if the sun shines.

I really wanted to have kids but I'd rather have no kids than having sick kids. I wish I could donate blood or do anything else to help others, but I can't due to the medications and the side effects it creates. So how have you been?

Yeah, they wouldn't take mine either because of the lamotrigine and divalproex. But I understand. If some of the average people out there had some of the meds put in them like we do, they'd probably be walking backwards and singing "I Come from Alabama with a banjo on my knee."
