Yes weather can effect our epilepsy or trigger seizures. This also counts the climate , environment.

With light being an occasional trigger sunny and slightly overcast days can become more dangerous to travel through a heavily wooded area during a certain time of the day. This also makes spring & fall more dangerous because the seasons can create a different and more dangerous type of light due to the gaining or losing of leaves. During these seasons a more tree free route is always taken as a safety precaution.

Summer is pretty bad. You have to be careful overheating.

It doesn’t effect me, but I know there are others out The Who’s seizures are triggered by different types of weather.
