Moms With Epilepsy, How Do You Manage Your Days?
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

I’m blessed to be able to stay home and take care of my three children but sometimes it’s a challenge getting through the day with fatigue and depression, along with other symptoms. I try to take a slow and simple approach to avoid stress but with small children slow and simple isn’t always realistic. How do you mothers cope with symptoms and still manage to be productive? Sometimes it feels like I’m failing at this.

It can be difficult for sure. My younger son has ADHD which makes things difficult at times. I just do the best that I can. I do not suffer from depression too much; but I often run myself too much/hard.
