I no longer have these, but it used to be a common occurrence. I know there are many, many types of seizures but have never found one that fits what used to happen to me. Can anyone tell me what this is??

My epilepsy medication doesn't seem to be working and when I change. Well things either stay the same or get worse. I suffered from tonic clonic seizures but got that controlled and they are fine om my current medication. However I am also suffering from partial complex seizures but can't get them controlled. When I feel a aura coming on I say " Get Lost " out loud, what makes me feel better, today I felt a seizure coming on I took deep breath said "Get Lost " leave me alone " it stopped the seizure occurring, but it did still scare me a bit.

I've asked my question myself and is too "lazy" to search it up. What could I do to reduce my seizures some examples like sleeping, eating more? I have Jeavons syndrome and am wondering what could be a perfect diet. And just what I can do to reduce the seizures. Thank you for your response😊

this is my devence... yes, the 'lobe' is your brain but my frontial lobe has many uses (speech, motor, talking, ect). that and when i was diegnoed, thay called it a partial seizures.
I'm just wondering has anyone had a seizure during a doctor's appointment?
I'm asking this question as I've heard a youtube neurologist say it's very rare for a seizure to happen at a doctor's office.
But aren't seizures unpredictable and can happen anywhere so I'm confused about this statement.

Has anyone ever had a Generalized seizure that was so quick and subtle you can only tell it's generalized via EEG? I had two small seizures picked up on a 3-day video EEG. It turns out that this is most likely what happened to me during the last time I did this. I'm just trying to work out how a generalized seizure would present if it is very quick?
