I'm really boring During lockdown I stated an autobiography , randomly writing memories from the past under different headings I'm 64, ,my long term memory is great It was a trip down memory lane ,very nostalgic I add to it every time a memory comes back to me. My short term memory for detail isn't good neither is my concentration or my ability to listen This annoys the hell out of my husband as he has an excellent memory for recent things , eg we used to watch a lot of plays & musical theatre before covid He remembers the plot I vaguely remember the name of the play Now some restrictions have been lifted I'm going to write things down along the way The only supplement s I use are Iron tablets ,with Vitamin B12 to combat tiredness ( I've also tried over the counter CBD oil ,with no success.)
