Took Depakote And Lamictal At 4pm Instead Of 8am. Should I Take The Dose At 8pm?
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

I am so nervous. I missed my dose at 8 a.m. and cannot get ahold of my doctor. I take 500 mg of Depakote and 200 mg of Lamictal at 8am. and my next dose of 1000 mg of Depakote and 200 mg of Lamictal is at 8p.m. Should I take it or wait till tomorrow morning?

That has happened to me just recently I took my nightime dose of medicine in the morning and my daytime dose in the nightime. My neroligest nurse said it was o.k. to take the doseges like that and then resume your normal doseges as you would normally take them.

Yes but I took it at 4p.m. instead of 8am and now my next dose its at 8 p.m., ever 12 hours. Should I wait till tomorrow to take the next one at 8am? Thank you so much for your response. I am freaking out.
