Sorry guys , what's ITP ?

My seizures get triggered by sickness ( like a cold ) , stress , lack of sleep, late on meds or I’m very low on them, and over excitement.

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member over the years and I didn’t notice it or say anything about it because I was younger and thought it was normal. Not going to the bathroom a great deal but then also not getting thirsty as much. My lack of asking questions and due to I am asking questions now is help find out it was not normal for that with the use of the phenobarbital and it mixed with otter medication for seizures at high levels for long periods of time or years

I've had migraines and allergies ever since elementary school. Seizures started in my early teens. It has been hard to differentiate my normal migraine pain and auras because they are very similiar if not actually connected. Most allergy meds make me super sleepy even non sleepy meds. I don't use allergy meds much because of this. 3 seizure meds ive taken caused me to lose a lot of weight,muscle and a bleeding ulcer. I have had good luck with high fat moderate protein low carb diet. Cbd has also helped reduced severity of my seizures but i dont know anyone with your condition that takes it or how it can work with ITP. Don't give up!

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member first I want to say hi! You ask what ITP is it is a blood disorder to which your body destroys your blood platelets. It is treated by medication in some people or by surgery in others for some it is never possible to be treated due the causes of why the body does this is unknown. I have this.
