Meditation is my main control factor. I actually have it in my dissertation of a bio. lol You have to have the discipline for it though. I haven't had a major seizure in 3 yrs due to using immediate meditation methods. Small side effects are regular but no home run grannies for awhile.
I have recently incorporate CBD serum, 35 mg. twice a day into my routine. It has no side effects, does not affect my glucose levels and does reduce my anxiety and racing thoughts. I did some research on it and got some personal recommendations from co-workers and friends before I decided to try it. I am glad I did.
The medication for me has been a real disappointment. It seemed to have had more of negative impact on myself. It helped with draining what little energy that I did have. My opinion it fueled my depression due to the overwhelming amount of weight I gained while taking them.
I can’t see why not . When in meditation, your relaxing the mind. Reducing our stress can reduce our seizures.
It does but it has it's limits cause I'm amune to the anti seizure meds and some other medications my body has been effected by over the years I've been on them that's been 47yrs.
