You maybe somehow pinching the nerves up and down your arm causing Paresthesia . If it doesn’t go away and continues non stop you might have Chronic Paresthesia . But, that’s for a Dr. to decide.

Sometimes I get an ache in my arm and it was the way I was resting my arm or lying on it I get pins and needles in my hands and feet when it’s in my feet I like to stamp the floor or go to some cold flooring to try and get some feeling back I shake my wrists to get rid of the pins and needles and I do some exercise on my arm it’s different when it’s on your thigh my left thigh went numb for a few weeks it took time to come back to normal I think it was the way I was lying that’s me though talk to your consultant until then try some exercises on your arm x x
