talk to your dr because everyone is different... but you could have a drs and/or lawyers note saying that you have a medical illness and can't take the vax because of it. i think it is a waiver. it is basically saying if you don't have the vax. the company will not be held responsible if you are stuck there at home with the hep b. i think you can not force anyone to do anything. talk to the rx tech boss and explain your situation. maybe they will get a waiver that you can't have vax because of epilepsy.
