What are your experiences with using any kind of CBD & melatonin to help with your epilepsy/symptoms. I have a few different types & strengths of products that include cbd in the ingredients and pure cbd hemp oil for a vaporizer. I’m finding the full spectrum hemp oil through a vaporizer helpful for some relief & I’ve just been using melatonin on & off for years for sleep. I’d like to incorporate natural products now, before any prescription meds are given by my Dr
Try delta 8 THC/full spectrum CBD. It helps for me. There are two THC cannabinoids in cannabis. Delta 9, which gives you that smoking weed type high and delta 8. The delta 8 is less pschoactive and does’t get you really “high” A lot of people don’t realize that THC can trigger seizures for some people. I also take 500mg of full spectrum CBD, a full spectrum CBD has no more than .03% THC in it. It helps calm overactive electrical impulses in the brain. I’ve also been prescribed a really strong 100% THC tincture. For me, if I feel a bad day coming on, it will get me back to a good place, but it makes it tough to accomplish anything, which is why I’ve been trying the delta 8.
The cbd I was using was 0.5% thc
Cbd made my seizure closer together. Before using it I had a 3-5 week seizure pattern, while using it my seizures went to 2-3 weeks sometimes not even 2 weeks. It took 2 months to get out of my system but now I am back to a 3-5 week cycle
That's What I Was Wondering, I Never Did Any Type Of Drugs Except The Ones My Doctors Prescribe, Never Drank, Smoked, Or Buy Off The Streets.I Have Hypothyoroidism & Sleep Apnea. I Don't Know If CBD Would Be Any Good Wan't Doctors Orders First.
I use an edible cbd oil and use about 50mg a day. It helped lessen the severity of my seizures but didnt completly stop them. I use a melatonin that works for me, its a gummy vitamin though. I like it because the company guarantees it for 160 days and you can get your money back if it did nt work well for you. (Even if you used it all) good luck!
