Magnesium, but cant absorb it without calcium, so CalMag.
Potassium for kidney stone reduction, D, D helps absorb calcium. Carnitine (checked during a blood panel but rarely talked about) lack of causes lethargy an fatigue.
Omega 3 for brain health. Cognitive, behavior, functional (eat Salmon once a week).
Selenium. Antioxidant- keeps heart healthy, strong.
-A good multivitamin may be all you all need. Check the nutrition label.
