No, I only have nocturnal seizures. I think I would be a little nervous if it was cycle lanes on busy streets. Dedicated cycle paths would be more my speed and less dangerous. I think it depends on your type of seizure though. Exercise tends to help reduce seizure activity for me. Good question to ask🙂

Yes, I have never had a problem. However I have never had a seizure out of doors. They have always been at work or in my condo. When I have bicycling or walking outside I have always been fine.

I do sometimes, but only when its cool enough outside so I can moderate my body temperature just in case anything happens to me. Its a thrilling rush of excitement, but a dangerous risk. Know your triggers before you do it.

I ride a bike. It's an enjoyable way to get some exercise & usually isn't too stressful. Since I'm not into heavy exercise programs, I do a lot of walking & biking.
