Diagnosed epilepsy 2017 after two seizures two years apart. Lamotrgine has kept seizures away. Have always been a bit light sensitive but Increasingly in recent months… If I’ve seen a very bright flash of light or spend more than an hour on PC, within 24hr i get a fuzzy headache in one area of head, right centre.. lasts for four or five days and then clears… it’s a fairly recent development for it to be happening so frequently and am a bit concerned. Any advice please?
I like natural light more, but light that is not natural such as lights at home and stores etc I'm ok with, but prefer natural light my opinion
