If I have grand mal seizures my thoughts going through my mind is sooooo strange. I told my dr about a few & he just looked @ me like I had 2 heads. He must have thought I was crazy or something. I felt so embarrassed afterwards bc of his expressions w/his eyes.
The only way I remember the majority of my seizures is if I write a description about it as soon as mind is back to normal. Sometimes it takes min others hrs before I feel ok & w/it.
