I don’t have any sign . Most of the time , I don’t even know when I have a seizure , unless someone tells me. One in awhile I might notice clues. The easiest one are , when I’m eating and next my food and drink is spilt all over the table and floor. Then there are times when I notice my hands tremors or my pulse will speed up , like I was running a marathon..

I get a throbbing pain in the middle of my forehead and then i get scared that i might have one. Unfortunately nothing i do makes the pain go away 😟

I would get scared for no reason at all. Then I'd prepare for it and even try to make it go away.
