When I was comfortable making pasta which I don’t anymore and before I was diagnosed I took one piece out and cut it and if it was soft and you could cut it easily it was ready mind you I bought the pasta that only takes 5 minutes to cook it was fun though fling spaghetti on the wall x x

I remember if you wanted to test to see if your pasta was cooked you took one piece out and if it stuck to the kitchen wall it was cooked or took a knife and cut it in half and if it was soft it was cooked I’m Scottish after all x x

It totally not vegan its meat more meat bacon and eggs. bacon and eggs then its eggs and bacon. My parents are from Malta and I make my husband and son pasta and I could cry sometimes. I eat pasta and bread with my eyes and think I'm the only person in the world that's hard done by. LOL I didn't realise that they put 2&2 together and worked out that it could help with seizures. I'm cheating a lot lately. 2 days ago I was testing pasta to see if it was cooked. I put it in my mouth to bite and I spat it out so quickly. My son told me I've lost the plot. Carbs are the best! ):
I do love the weight loss
