Im pretty certain im getting fired next week and plan to file for disability if it happens. It really sucks because I love my job, but it seems like my best isnt enough for the working world anymore...

I jave several issues i could claim disability for and seizures is one of them, but i need to know if theyll take my license away if i claim seozures on my paperwork. I live in Tennessee, if anyone has any experience with this

When You fill out and claim disability legally make sure You are getting Your Social Security as well.

seizures. I'm with you Terry. If I had seizures where I lost awareness in any way, I'd hand over my DL immediately. But I'm fortunate enough that I dont lose awareness. I drive all the time in rural montana... never a problem in 30 years. How about all those people that drive sleepy, drunk. Dimensia, old age. They are 1000x more likely to cause accidents than me.

Chuck good going and keep driving just like they let drunks back on rd, and fall a sleep and people that hav a heart attack and more and we are no different besides our ep. as I been driving since 18 and worked on assembly line at GM for 30 yrs no problem and later became a electrician working with live hot wires and now 23 yrs sz free and retired from GM when got 30 yrs now enjoying it all with grandkids so keep going chuck

As long as you don't have a seizure for 2 years I gave mine up because I almost crashed from having a mini seizure.

Montana doesnt have a seizure free time period. Dont everybody move to Montana now. Californians are coming here in droves already...lol
