I am wondering if anybody has ever used taurine I have been using it for about a year now and have been seizure-free???

I was taking 400 mg of topamax and 200mg of lamotrigine per day and I am now down to 200 mg of topamax and 100 mg of lamotrigine it has been great for me

The topamax is not my fave, so reducing that would be delightful! Im going to look more into this. Thank you, Joe!
