How many of you have seizures or auras that are triggered by spending to much time on computers or mobile phones?

I sent a link for amazon (this is the stylish pair I wear :D There are plenty of cool ones out there!

Maureen Donnelly:
When I get a Migraine I usually take my Migraine Medications & then put a
"Ice cold washcloth over my forehead W/ a towel over my pillow"
I also have two pairs of "almost BLACK Perscription Sunglasses" I use as
eye shades~ The weight of regular eye shades would hurt my head too much.

The DARKER THE SUNGLASSES THE BETTER !!!

I think there’s glasses you can buy and you can put cooling pads on forehead I know someone in my own support group she has these dark glasses she puts on and puts cooling pads across her head to help with migraines x x

I agree with both of youy concerning taking breaks whenever you need them
if your neck hurts or you have problems with your eyesight.
ONE thing that also helps while working on your computer is making sure you have a "Good bright light source near your desk"
ANOTHER thing, make sure that the room is at a "Comfortable temperatutre"
NOT TOO HOT or Cold But inbetween & make sure you also have a glass
of something cool to drink. Staying hydrated is VERY IMPORTANT !!!
