Can watching too much TV trigger seizures

sleep can be successful.
The less sleep and the
more stressed out you are raises the chances
of you having a seizure.

Just being married to Greg 12 years I have noticed some triggers because it has happened too many times to be a coincidence . Heat, a disagreement between him and I that is more than usual,when he hasn’t ate a lot and is is physically working hard, and when he hasn’t drank enough water. Those are the things I’ve noticed that he has had a lot of seizures after.

i honestly have to turn off electronics sometimes and give my eyes a rest and just listen to music and i am a big electronic person love my tv love my gaming and sometimes for me i just need to take a break and go for walks to get away from it all my neuroloigist told me that when we sit in front of tvs and electronics all day it is not good on our minds or eyes so we need a break especially for ppl with seizures and we also need to get plenty of sleep when tired
