Can watching too much TV trigger seizures

Yes. Especiall at night. Not enough enough
sleep can be successful.
The less sleep and the
more stressed out you are raises the chances
of you having a seizure.

Just being married to Greg 12 years I have noticed some triggers because it has happened too many times to be a coincidence . Heat, a disagreement between him and I that is more than usual,when he hasn’t ate a lot and is is physically working hard, and when he hasn’t drank enough water. Those are the things I’ve noticed that he has had a lot of seizures after.

Yes Countrystrong music at low level can really relax the brain!!

Lack of quality sleep also sets my seizures off.

If I do not get enough sleep, stress set mine off. Sever pain,high fever, migraines.
